All prices quoted on this and any of our other sites are quoted Ex Works and we reserve the right to charge carriage on all products purchased.

VAT

Prices quoted are not subjected to VAT at present. If in the future they need to be, they will be exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated, in which case the VAT amount will be clearly shown. VAT will be charged at the ruling rate.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure our Sales Particulars are correct and fair it must be stressed that they are issued only as a general guide. They do not form part of any contract either express or implied and we point out that we have not tested any equipment or appliances to establish a working condition or not and any measurements are only approximate so should not be relied upon as such.

FORCE MAJEURE.

Eddy Lush Photography shall be under no liability if they shall be unable to carry out any provision of the contract for any reason beyond its control including (without limiting the foregoing) Act of God, legislation, war, fire, flood, drought, failure of power supply, lock-out, strike or other action taken by employees in contemplation or furtherance of a dispute or owing to any inability to procure materials required for the performance of the contract. During the continuance of such a contingency the customer may by written notice to Eddy Lush Photography elect to terminate the contract and pay for work done and materials used, but subject thereto shall otherwise accept delivery when available.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website, or these General Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
